Here is a picture of a rear seat on a new 2012 StarEV 48. The rear seat folds up and has bag straps on the bottom and uses the bag well. The rear foot rest also folds up making bag access easier and makes the cart shorter for trailering. I don't know if the seat is available or adaptable to a TXT or not, but one pic is shown below.
