Chris' Project
Here is my project Ezgo cart I got in the fall for a $100.00 I am guessing it is a 1997 by the tag on the rear axle near the motor, no data tag in the glove box or on the frame that I can find so far.
Going to get it all sanded down and then fix the few cracks, and then prime it up. Need to get all that corrosion out of the battery trays and paint it. I think it will take a few weekends, and a few Benjamin's to get her rolling again, but well worth it I think. |

Re: Chris' Project
can't pass up a deal like that. did the cart run? did it come with the rear seat or is that something you have added?

Re: Chris' Project
Yes, it was in running condition and all of the seats were with it, I just have them removed to get deep into this thing and start fresh. Any known problems with this year of cart that I should be aware of and look for during this overhaul?

Re: Chris' Project
Does anyone own one of these aftermarket chargers sold on E-bay? If so, how do they work? Any problems with them so far? It is a far cry cheaper than a regular OEM charger for the Ezgo cart.

I have no idea the quality, but if you do purchase it, save yourself some money and purchase it from here...

Re: Chris' Project
This looks like the way to go. you got the best of both 36v and 48v along with the added amps that the other did not have.

Re: Chris' Project
There is a OEM Powerwise charger on bid at e-bay that I am going to bid on here in the next 15 minutes, if I don't get it then I will buy one from that site.
Thanks again guys! |
