how the heck are you sure you are using it right ????please help need to check parts on charger !36 v ezgo charger

All so a very good habit is to turn it to off
every time you put it down. In a hurry you may pick it up on ohms and test voltage, not good. |

can some one please walk me step by step testing a Varistor on a charger with a multimeter >>>> :):) better at hands on than reading out of a book .
