Take a can of spray contact cleaner and remove the nuts and clean the nut and post threads. Then reinstall and tighten. If you then want to spray them with a corosion spray do it at this time. Make sure the battery hold down plates are in place and secure as well as I have seen unsecured batteries vibrate and somehow transfers to the batteries.

You do have your batteries tied down? My buddy had the same problem and large zip ties held his batteries down just fine and solved the connections from coming loose. He has since gotten the correct hold downs for his cart and still good to go.

is it a gas cart or electric? Do you have the correct stainless steel nuts? I dont think I have ever seen lock washers used on electric carts

Dont use washers of any kind...I dont suggest using locktite either. Tightening them up is just part of it except you shouldnt need to check them but once a month. I've found that adding washers just adds to the problem.

The nuts will become loose due to the expansion and contraction of the metals as they heat up and cool down. If you hare having a heat problem caused by resistance from too small or too old of a cable this will exaggerate the problem......

That should eliminate your issues. Make sure you do the cables throughout the system, not just the battery to battery connections
