Pressure Washing Carts
I know this will sound like a stupid question, but can I use a pressure washer on my cart? Will it take the paint off? There is just some stuff I can't get off with a hose so my stepdad gave me a pressure washer but warned me about taking the paint off. What's the verdict on this?

Re: Pressure Washing Carts
Some paint can be removed by a pressure washer. Luckily the color on a stock Ezgo Plastic body is in the plastic. Blast away. Clean tip for White bodies = use SOS pads to scrub them clean

Re: Pressure Washing Carts
[quote]Hello Everyone. I have a quick question. Where can I find the "pearl white" paint that is on the E-Z-GO TXT carts? I have a few scratches and some extra time. I want to sand down the parts of the body that are scratched and touch it up with a spray can or something like that. Then later, I will go over it with a clear coat. And eventually I will paint it or have it painted gloss red.
Thanks! Don't do it if you finally painted it with that TXT Pearl White! |

Re: Pressure Washing Carts
As I just said, Ezgo carts were NOT painted. The color was mixed into the molded plastic. If you have a painted cart it is aftermarket and a match is anybody's guess.

I am not willing to spend $44 on that paint pen EZGO has. Painting will have to wait.

Re: Pressure Washing Carts
EZGOkid, last week you were inquiring about painting your EZGO pearl white. Did you finally paint it? If you did, don't pressure wash. But if you didn't paint it, as Scotty said, the color is actually part of the plastic all the way thru. You won't have a problem. Just checking.
