Question Alltrax Controller 4855

Does anyone have an actual picture of what the wiring should look like to the controller & solenoid. I must have something wrong. No LED light when I turn the key on. I have 6 fairly new batteries and I get a backup signal when put in reverse. Also just installed new D&D Motor and Heavy Duty Solenoid. New 4 gauge wires and all the wiring is tight. Any ideas as to where to start trouble shooting?

The light should only come on when you press the throttle.

You are the man! I appreciate those pics. I got them hooked up just like yours now. The Alltrax tech had me get the rear of the cart in the air, then put a red jumper from positive on battery to the small red diode connector on the Solenoid. The controller came on and I got power to the drive train when I step on the pedal. I also checked and have 36volts at the charger port. He had to leave work. Any ideas on what to check next? Seems like the problem is between the on/off key switch and the controller, but I don't know what to check next. Any ideas, and thanks for your pics. Really great.

Have you checked the voltage off the key switch to make sure it still works. Sometimes they just quit for no good reason.

Hotcat, you know the orange wire on the controller is 1/2 power reverse, right? Most of the guys don't connect that one

I got the orange one hooked up fine. But When I checked the power at the on/off switch it only read around 5 volts.

Did you check it in and out? Sounds like you may have found your problem item. As I recall it should have 36 in & out when turned on.
