Re: Rebuilding a Club Car (for a change)
Weather cooperated today and I was able to get the chassis completely clean and the new batteries set in place before I had to stop for the day. Hoping to get the body to the painter in the next couple of days and reassemble it shortly after. I do still need to decide on a color so that I can order seat covers to match.

Re: Rebuilding a Club Car (for a change)
Color has been decided on and am waiting for shop time with the painter. Also ordered my custom seat covers. Looks like the seats and paint will be done about the same time. In the meantime, I will build a wiring harness for the lights and get it installed as well as clean up and repaint the roof supports and other hardware.

Re: Rebuilding a Club Car (for a change)
Just thought I would post a couple of pics of the tires compared to another brand of the same size. On my EZGO, I run some Duro Excel Touring 215/40/12's and I love the size of these tires. I ran across some Excel Classics 215/40/12's and couldn't pass them up. When they came in, I was wondering how they compared to the other 215/40's I have. Here are a couple of pictures of them side by side:

Still baffles me how something as precise as measurements in millimeters, percentages & inches can be so different in size! Thanks for showing the difference in brands.

I just saw this post now! Those rims and tires (as you have already discovered) will fit just fine!

Looking forward to watching your build, Monkey! I absolutely relate to your stripped pic with the batts in and everything cleaned up. Good luck and keep those pics coming!
