Default 1997 Club Car won't move ?

1997 club car 48 volt with a plum quick motor . a wire on one of the micro switches shorted out to the blue cable on the f/r switch going to the controller . I replaced the f/r switch . The solenoid wasn't clicking . so I replaced it . Solenoid still not clicking . any idea's ?
