Default powerdrive 1 problem

so i have 2 power drive 1 chargers and one didn't have any cord in it, I took the main unit out and put it in the good charger and it worked. It has a brand new relay in it and I switched the breakers from the good one with cords to the one with no cords. I put the new cords on it and as soon as I pug it into the cart it kick the breaker. I've switched the wired around in the plug going into the cart and it does the same thing. It starts to buzz for a split second and trips the breaker. I called the tech and he told me it was probably the heatsink, does anyone know it this it true?

Is English your first language?

Replace the heatsink assembly and breaker

I don't think it can be the breaker because I put the breaker from the charger that doesn't work into the one that works and the breaker worked fine. I ordered a new heatsink so hopefully that fixes it.

Sounds like a heatsink problem to me.
