Sorry, I'm at a loss. I would say motor brushes like ScottyB said, but you said you have checked those already. Maybe the more experienced folks will chime in soon.

read the ORANGE part the first time. Don't have ORANGE. Have 4 green blinks then shortly one green blink and 4 red blinks. Alltrax controller 300 amp
Guess I will go to their forum and see what they say thanks

btw, light does go orange when rear off the ground and motor does kick in. I am thinking some kind of short somewhere but at a loss as to where. New batteries next but hate to just throw money at it trying to find the problem

Ok callbob this may help you to narrow it down as to whether it is batteries or what. I would like for you to put your cart on the charger. Monitor it until the batteries start bubbling. When they do open the caps and make sure that all 3 cells are bubbling in each battery. Let me know what you find.
