Re: Couple of wiring questions.
Any chance of the OBC malfunctioning and triggering the solenoid lockout?

Re: Couple of wiring questions.
I hate to say it but I am out of ideas. If all of the sonic welds turn up OK, I'm thinking you have a bad controller(s)

Re: Couple of wiring questions.
I don't know anything about the IQ system, so I'll ask the stupid question.
Is there any time when under "normal conditions (1/2 speed reverse, limp mode, run-away, etc.), where the controller will send less than 5 volts to the MCOR ? |

Re: Couple of wiring questions.
I'm with ya on this one, after everything was done and checked and rechecked, I think a new or working controller is the ticket, I hate to say it because they are so darn expensive, I'd try to fine one I could use as a test just to verify. First I would get deep and make sure to test every sonic weld, connection and all of the details THD & Sergio went through & do it thoroughly, even if I had to pull the wire loom off it get it the cables. .

Re: Couple of wiring questions.
With all the tests you did, I understand the need for the harness. Was the motor a separate issue?
P.S. Sorry you missed that Christmas ride. . Last edited by tag50; 01-01-2015 at 12:46 AM.. Reason: P.S. |

Re: Couple of wiring questions.
That's probably nothing compared to all the controllers and Mcor's you bought. Hopefully you can return some of it.
