MY EZGO ELECTRIC CART SUDDENLY STARTED TO RUNNING ONE SLOW SPEED FORWARD OR REVERSE. I PUT A NEW SPEED SENSORON MOTOR AND A NEW SOLENOID. SAME THING.
AlSO THE NEW SOLENOID INSTALLED AND I HAVE NO MOVEMENT WHEN I HIT THE PEDAL. I JUMP THE SMALL AND LARGE TERMINAL AND IT GOES BUT STILL AT SAME SLOW SPEED. HELP

I'm not an expert, but I drove a PDS with the speed sensor unplugged and it was slow. Are you sure your getting a good connection?

Going slow and not going are two different problems.

Put controller into diagnostic mode and listen for beeped error codes.
Text at bottom of attached label tells you how to get into diagnostic mode and lists error codes.

Also, when the speed sensor is out, check the tightness of the screw that holds the magnet disk on the motor shaft.

I disconnected the back up beeper. So I assume I must connect it back up for diagnostic check correct?
