Check yer oil level, make sure gas is good(don't smell like varnish). Turn the engine over by hand to make sure it's free. Put a good battery in it and crank it up. It will turn over quite a bit before starting if it's been sittin' awhile (nature of the beast). Once ya get it running, then ya can change the oil, plugs,air filter and so on. I wouldn't do much til I got it runnin'. That way you don't have to back track on stuff if it doesn't start. Oh yeah, Yer gonna have to choke the Sh*t out of it to get it started. |
