Sorry, I've been busy with work for a while so I haven't seen some of these replies. Thank you all that commented.
I had a chance to get the motor I asked about for $50 so I was thinking I might grab it if it would fit. Then I just got to wondering what I would need to look for if I ever needed a new one. Current motor works but seems to lose power as it gets warm, then I let it sit for a while and power is back. I'm not really planning on an upgrade of any sort right now but eventually I may upgrade to a controller. Honestly don't know what is involved. The cart is the Royal Ride in my profile. It's just a fun little around town cart. Just want to be able to cruise around for an evening, not worried about speed. |
