Default New T-875s/2awg Wires, what else while we're in there?

While installing 6 new T-875s & 2awg Wires, I will detail the battery compartment, troubleshoot the music amp, clean up the small wiring, clean / replace some corroded fasteners etc...

What else do you folks recommend "while we're in there"?

Controller? & motor? solenoid? Wiring Harness? k any things that are prone to fail / need preventative maintenance on the cart in my signature below?

The cart runs smooth, (feels like max in the low 20s ?) except when the batteries are run down, 6 miles or so...

I want 25mph or so, & all the range I can get, on the street at the beach, several slight grades, mostly flat

What range can I reasonably expect when all is well w/the cart?

Everytime I work on my cart I replace the steel hardware with stainless. FWIW I just went 21 miles in my cart with brand new Trojans and I had 40% capacity left according to my Lester charger

Nice cart! You mentioned beach, so I agree with Spoolx about stainless fasteners. The CEO of Fastenal has a new house after all my purchases for my DS..
All the items you mentioned can improve speed AND reliability since they will be new, plus you will putting your hands on fasteners/connections to check tightness/torque, etc.
Your wallet will be the final determining factor.
