Default Charger lights solid green - still charging

I have a 2014 Club Car Precedent. My charger has been on charge for 10 hours. New batteries. Voltage across the positive and negative terminal for the whole bank is 64V. At what voltage should the charger cut off?

I’m trying to figure out if the charger is charging after the solid green and needs to be replaced. My last set of batteries had to be watered often and I suspect that the charger is not cutting off. The voltage drops immediately after unplugging the charging cord despite the fact that the lights are solid green indicating that the charger should be off.

It's around were it is going to turn off. It can get to 65 - 66 some times and if they are new batteries they will charge a long time

What charger? What batteries?
If it’s the Delta Q ERIC charger you may need to update the charge algorithm to make sure the batteries charge properly.

New batteries may need a slightly longer charge cycle. Depending on which brand, and when they were produced. New batteries always need several cycles before they reach their full potential.

It is a Delta Q Eric charger. Die Hard GC8 batteries. I’m less concerned about the time it’s charging and more about the fact that there is still high voltage across the terminals when the lights are solid green. This morning lights are solid green. 62V - so it seems to still be charging correct? Plugged it in 18 hours ago. Last set of batteries needed a lot of water 1/2 gallon a week. I think the OBC is bad and cooking the batteries bc it never stops charging.

Eric charger doesn’t use an OBC. I am with FT, either wrong profile or they just haven’t charged long enough

So then the folks that sold me the cart likely bypassed the OBC correct? The charger has a club car logo but looks just like a Delta Eric

Just saw another thread and a link to change the algorithm. I’ll try that.

When I removed the batteries I took the back panel out (alum die cast) and thought I saw wires and a box that looked like an OBC. I was looking to see if a bypass kit had similar connectors. I probably need to take it apart again and verify.
