And yet another one....
I had a friend call me 2 weeks ago and asked if I was interested in a 36 volt Club car with 3 year old batteries. I said sure how much you want for it. He said if you want it come get it. So this past Monday I went and got it. You can't beat FREE!
So I got it home cleaned it up and started on it. 1 of the batteries had a hole in it from freezing I guess so I swapped out all 6 batteries for a set I had already. Got the cart hot wired right now. Both the V-Glide and F/R micro switches where bad. They are on order and should be here Friday. Put a newer solenoid in it that I had and it's running. I got all the lights working even the brakes. I cut the rear fenders out and reinstalled the flares for the 16" Miata wheels with 205/45R-16 tires with 2" wheel spacers to clear inside. Took the inner fender out. No lift at all yet... may end up making some shackle extenders to keep with the old school hot rod look. Took 2 of the batteries that came in it and they where the best of the 5 and installed under the back seat to make it 48 volts. Today I hope to get the H/R motor installed. It came out of the dragster cart. I have a 48 charger so this cart has cost me a 1/4 tank of gas $$$$$ and $30.00 for the new head light switch and micro switches so far. I may end up getting some seats for it also. |

What a deal! That would have been $1000 in FL right now!

Got the seats all cleaned and new back seat installed.
Hooked up the double pull light switch for it. I rode it a little today. I may end up making some longer shackles for it. |
