Glad you got it all cleaned up. Any chance of a pic on the results? What was the undercoating you used, the Rustoleum one?

Thanks. The lighting in my garage is not good for pics. I already tried to take some to show you the original condition - results were poor. I suppose I could hook up my spare fluorescent shop lite. I can't roll it out of the garage yet - 2 flat tires. I really bought myself a handful of work - but that's okay. lol

Yes, it was the Rustoleum undercoating. I like the results. The paint's pretty hard yet it cushions the batteries well with not much thickness.

Next project: trace all the wiring, replace most of it, replace the charger outlet which was corroded beyond belief and replace 2 tires. Then maybe I'll be able to start the body work. The body is not dinged but the paint is old and scratched up. I also have to reupholster the seats.

Geez, it seems like I'm rebuilding this darn thing. The benefit, though, is that I'll have a reliable vehicle that I know inside and out.
