Re: Club car 36-volt solenoid problem
Thats a critical micro, so it could be your problem, simple fix, dont even have to take anything apart.

Re: Club car 36-volt solenoid problem
Morning rib33024,
WOW! Absolutely what I was looking for..., tracing the wiring harnesses leaves a lot to be desired -as solderless connections part, frail spade clips and connectors of all sorts, come within a .5 micron of breaking making them useless electrically. Without breaking any confidence, where does one buy the book this information came from? If you can't answer, I fully understand. Thanks so very much rib!!!! I owe you and a lot of other great guys at BGW big-time! Best C |

Re: Club car 36-volt solenoid problem
Club Car has guarded their manuals pretty closely..... unike the others. However there are some members who will casually share what they have purchased and sponsors who can order the manual you need from an authorized source.
What year is your cart........? |

Re: Club car 36-volt solenoid problem
Could be brushes on motor going out. Bypassing the solenoids will test but also a tell on that is if it doesn't go till you rock the cart (turns the motor a little and brushes make contact..
