Default 1996 EZGO, I'm done...(for now!)

1996 EZGO Overhaul: Internal-New EMP LR 5.4 motor, NPX 400amp Controller, HD White Rogers Solenoid (36v), HD F/R Switch, 4 ga cables, New Trojan T-105's.......GPS 26mph...27.5 mph on slight downhill.

External-ITP SS Black 215/40-12 tires/wheels, Corvette Machine Silver paint job.

Got to stop for now. Any suggestions on what next or comments on the overhaul?

How do you like the performance on that NPX controller?

I would go with a smoked glass half windshield
and get 2 F&R handles that match.... Change out that square one and loose the bag racks for future mods...... Cart looks good. I like those wheels and the gray & black

Scotty, I like the controller but, I don't have anything to compare it to. I probably should have gone with the programmable one but, the NPX was easy and cheaper. Torque is sufficient but, I was really aiming towards speed with a little more torque.

Yes, the half windshield, I like that, need some lights too. Thanks for the help. Adam

Essness, one is a speed/torque switch for EMP motor.

No, problem Essness. I forgot to mention the switch in the internal overhaul part. Thanks, I love the color, too.
