Alltrax makes a great product. They warranty their product through many a difficult situation, but you are going to have to provide them with details regarding the failure. things like did it ever run? for how long? They may even want to go over tech details regarding the installation and ask for readings. I have dealt with their warranty on a number of occassions and have always found them to be stand up guys/gals.
