Is 1990 ez go 800 worth buying?

cap, it is 3pg 244cc stock engine it is lifted in back now and the front is the works. also need bigger tires and wheels-and course paint.

drifting, look up 89-92? marathon parts. almost everything is the same except for some suspension pieces. good luck

Hey Madoc1,I see in your pics your cart has a rubber molding around the cowl. I am looking for a replacement molding for my cart. Do you know where I can get one.The molding is different from a standard marathon cart of the same year.

Stopped and looked at cart. He had a hard time getting it to run, just wouldn't fire. You could smell the fuel though. He cleaned the plug and after choking more it started to run. Its cold where i live in ohio, prob around maybe 50 today. Only thing i did notice is that it didnt want to rpm at all. Even after warming up. Im not sure what that is telling me know. Im gonna do compression test on if i go back and decide from there. He says no less then $500. Im woundering if motor is wooped, could be something something stupid though, or the guy is playing dumb and its just had it

Do the compression test! Has the cart been layed up? Maybe the carb is all chitted up.

Compression test will tell you condition of the engine. Carb sounds like its dirty if you had to choke the heck out of it to get it to run. Maybe somebody else will chime in here........
