Something to look for. Is the neutral lock on the rear axle engaged? Didn't know I had one until I was rebuilding the cart and it wouldn't move. It's a little locking lever on the front side of the differential.

Upper front of case. You can turn/move your shift lever all you want and it feels like it's in gear but it's not. Not sure if it's your problem but something to check for. Good luck.

I believe this is a lockout for towing.

Hi Guys, thanks for all your help It was definitely the hubs. Once the new hubs were on, there was a quick brake adjustment an I was good to go.
