just put new brakes on my club car carryall 2
well i just put new brake shoes on my carryall 2 and im still not able to stop. i followed the write up that Andy4839 put on here. i was just wondering what u guys might think it might be causing me to not be able to stop

did you spray down with brake clean to get the grease off everything?

have you checked to make sure brake cables are working? none froze up? how about ajustment? theres not much to the brakes other than brake shoes, hardware and cables........i would go over the cables and make sure they are working........................................... .
