Ez-go-n
I just bought a 2003 EZ-GO golf cart. The person I bought it from said that the previous owner had it custom built. They did not know whou built it. So I am slowly trying to figure out what I have and what service manuals I may need.
The emblem/placard on the front of the cart is just as the title of this thread indicates (EZ-GO-N). What is the "N" stand for ? Is there some easy way to find out who built the cart (serial#/model)? I am hoping that they may be able to help identifying the manufacturer of the the components the cart was built from. Thanks :) |

Re: Ez-go-n
welcome not. you need to post some pics so we can start to understand what you have. if it really is an ez-go, you should find the serial and mfg # in the right glove box.
as far as the frt. placard goes, those are just custom touches the owners put on. mine says "ezgo 'n cruiser". |

Re: Ez-go-n
"Custom Built" could mean almost anything...many of the custom carts are nothing more than a standard EZGO with all kinds of aftermarket parts and electronics bolted on it...like mine. Others can be plum crazy...like the one's these guys are running on the drag strip!
throw up some photos, someone will be able to identify it |

Re: Ez-go-n
The -N probably doesn't stand for anything. Its probably the previous owners play on words to be funny. But we need pics to help.

Re: Ez-go-n
Thanks for the comments. Funny you mentioned that Junk Rider - my sons (teenager) first comment was "it's an ezgoin", I said "No, its an EZGO, N model". LOL - Just goes to show those know-it-all teens sometimes get it right.
I will try to post some pics up (along with serial/model) and hopefully we can figure out who may have built it. |

Re: Ez-go-n
Nice rig, Notagolfer.
Wish I could tell you something about it. The fact that the word "ez-go-n" is so close to "ezgo" makes a Google search almost worthless. The IFS & cage appear to be really similar to my own. I know the IFS is from a company called Terra Toys (had a big sticker on it when I bought the cart last summer). The cart itself has 2 badges that say Arizona Sports Center (who has gone out of business). And I've been told the cage might be a Terra Toys, or at least a copy of one. Anyway, you might find more info from them. http://www.terratoysfabrication.com/ I don't think their making a lot of carts any more. But I have called & they were able to answer a few questions. Good luck & let us know what you find out. |

Re: Ez-go-n
Attached are some pics showing most of the cart. Due to advancing technology (cel phones replacing cameras) the pics are not a good as they could be. Let me know if I missed something and will be glad to post more. EDIT: After submitting the post I receieved an message that I could only post 15 images so I removed a few.

That monster energy themed cart of yours is very nice as well. As you may know monster is the title sponsor of AMA Supercross which I follow religously. I did not find any indication of who may have built my cart other than the stock ezgo componants. It does have some billet parts manufactured by BMI (mirror and transmission lever). |
