Thanks for the pics. 4vertical you are correct, my 23s only measure 22 inches. What kind of tires do you have on your cart?

they are kenda terra trac. it is basically an all trail knock off. 25 11 12. they are on 12 x 8 godafther rims. i chose those as there were few that were 8 inches wide. they also have a nice offset. there are some more 8 inch wide rims out there now, but few reasonably priced when i bought mine. everything carts also screwed up an order of mine. so they offered to give me a percentage off my next order. I took full use of that and bought these tires and rims!! lol

I put new 24-11-10's on my cart and on flat ground it does great but on a hill and I'm talking a road hill not off road. Cart barely pulls, and yes my clutches are both in good shape. Cart runs around 18 to 20 mph on flat and about 5 to 10 mph on a hill and there is one that comes up from the lake a paved road and it almost won't climb it at all after the bigger tires. I'm now looking to up to a 23 hp motor that's realy the only fix I see to stay with that big of a tire.

That is what I was curious about. The campground we stay at has one hill coming up from the boat dock. Put the tires on this year and see how it does. 23 hp motor for next winters project. I think that sounds like a great idea.

Well the 25s are on the way. I thought my Harley addiction I used to have was bad. This golf cart thing is worse. A lot cheaper though.

Here are a few pics of my cart with 25s. Power loss not much worse than the 23s were. Oh yeah, they are 25/11/12 Swampfoxes.

Cart looks awesome but Wait till you hit a hill, you'll feel the power loss.

I know that is true. May take care of that next winter. I was on it today, and have a few hills on the road in front of my house. Not very steep, but around a quater of a mile long. I was fighting a serious head wind and I could tell. Yesterday was a calm day and I stopped at the bottom and was at 16 mph at the top. Cart hits about 25 on flat. This is for the campground and the roads there are flat except for the ramp at the boat dock. Thanks for the compliment.
