Ideally, you'd want the centerline of the wheel to be in line with the kingpin.
That would minimize feedback from the terrain. We all know that won't happen though......it looks very uncool. When you get a bunch of offset hanging outside; ruts and other inputs have a lot of leverage on your steering gear. With this set up, there is no sissy palm, limp wristed grip when off road. |
