'96 CC 48v Microswitch
I have been working with my club cart for the last 4 months without any luck...
I had this Thread http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...-48v-96-a.html But called AllTrax and is not the Controller. They are saying that It should be the MicroSwitch. The Controller is giving me 7 green blinks and then constant red blink, unlimited counts. They said to test Pin 2 and Pin3. It should read 0.5v when pedal pressed, if it is 14v, I have a bad Microswitch. WHERE is this MICROSWITCH located in a V-Glide Cart? |

. . . V Glide is pie shaped box under driver's seat down by bottom of battery area . . . left side cover is removable for inspection . . open/remove cover and you will see microswitch in there . . .
Cover looks like this: More pics of vglide: V Glide |

Re: '96 CC 48v Microswitch
. . . cover needs to be there to protect the VGlide from "stuff" getting in there and doing bad things . . . you probably found out why the microswitch is not working properly . . .

Re: '96 CC 48v Microswitch
Sorry for the DUMB question, is the V-Glide and the F/R switch different things?
So I would have both in my cart? |

Re: '96 CC 48v Microswitch
. . . not a dumb question . . but the answer is YES . . .
the VGlide is part of your throttle system, ie, your GO pedal activates the controller/motor via the VGlide . . . |
