Default Yamaha Electronic Fuel injection Fuel Pump

I am writing again to get input to my Fuel pump problems. I am adding pictures in the hope that someone might be able to help.

My golf carts are now 4 years old and the warranty has ended. But the pumps are still giving up. I feel it's the pressure relief valve, because the pump, if good, will hold about 30 lbs. of fuel pressure. I have replaced the main electric motor, but that didn't work. (it was the easiest and cheapest, $20).

Pump part # is J0B-13907-00
Don't know if this will work, but am attaching 2 pictures of the pump. Maybe we can break this apart and figure what is causing the fuel pressure to be zero.
On a new pump you cannot blow air into the gas line (back pressure).

It is difficult to remove the pressure relief valve, but I have. You can suck and blow on it. (sorry). Of course this is not correct. It's even harder to put the pump all back together.
Thanks for any help.

Does the pump work for a short time, then stop working? If so, maybe the fuel pump relay. Just a thought. I never had a fuel pump fail.

I realize that not many fuel pumps have failed within our golf courses. It definitely is the fuel pump, and not the relay, because a new fuel pump solves the problem. That's what makes this so bizarre. I feel foolish, because the fuel pumps cost me 300. If I could get them cheaper, I am open to that too. Thanks!
