I’ll be picking up the necessary parts to do the Chrysler thing and should have some time to pull all the not needed wires out of the way

There is a 3 pin plug coming out of where the fan is, with these wires. And a black wire. You don’t need the black one. Just the 2 white ones. The rest of the wires everywhere I just ran my own to everything because like you, my previous owner cut up the harness big time. And what he didn’t cut was melted
Why does everyone think because they can plug in a lamp that they are electricians!!!!

No, that is supposed to go to the coil judging by the colors. I remember orange being a coil wire.

It should be shaped like a triangle. Unless someone f’d that too… white/red and white/black are the 2 wires you need.

Made me second guess myself and look up the diagram lol.

Should be on the passenger side coming out near the front of the fan housing towards the front of the cart

Every diagram for every model I can find has a white/black and white/red going to the pickup coil. It may be worth pulling the fan cover off and looking for the coil itself and following the wires. They may be black and greasy and glued to a crevice in the engine you can’t see. They may have cut them somewhere and changed the color?

Sucks but those are the wires you need. May just have to dig deeper and find them
