Darn Limb Pulled all 5 wires off of F-N-R Switch
The back of the F-N-R switch has five terminals and I cannot enlarge the Wireing Diagram in the Stickys here for a 1996 Club Car. Two terminals are on top, two terminals in the middle and one terminal on the bottom. Wire colors are Red and White, Orange, Black, Green, and White. Can anyone tell me where they go Please.

Thank you; ended up having to replace one of the switches as well after shorting it out.
