Unbolt the muffler from the engine and run it round for a minute. If it runs better than it has or you need no choke you need to BBQ the muffler because it is clogged..

can the regulator be adjusted? cart wont start but if i tap on top of the regulator it starts.there are 2 different screws on opposite sides of regulator. i already tried cleaning three connections that go to it. thanx for the help
