Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
Where did you get your lift kit? I have an 89 Marathon restoration going. Attempting to secure the parts now.

Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
I got mine from Steeling Golf Carts - 4 inch lift and 22" tires. Went together nice and looks to be good quality. I'll post a pic of it in the gallery when I get it figured out!

I bought a charger port cover since I no longer use the 36v charge port.

Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
First time post.
Not all today but in the last week. 6" lift, 20" tires, heavy duty rear springs and bushings, unique key ignition switch, new (used) 2017 body to replace 1995 Medalist, rear seat, aluminum diamond plate front shock cover and rocker panels (not picture), adjusted valves, changed oil, painted roof struts, and a few other maintenance things. I think it looks a little better now. Ordered light kit with turn signals and trying to figure out what color to do the seats in. This stuff is addictive! |

Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
I'm wrapping up a 2 day project putting new 20" front and 21" rear rubber on my stock wheels. This is a ranch work cart. No fancy wheels needed out in the mud and the rocks
2 days because I don't get much time to work on my carts. And this project required bringing the old HF tire changer into the barn and making a few mods on it so an old man could break 20 -30 yr old tire beads without too much trouble. Pictures later. |

Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
New tires for the old girl. No lift 21x10x8 rear and 20x8x8 front. Rears rubbed the leaf springs on hard corners so I put 1 inch spacers on the rear only.
This 08 PDS now has 500 amp TXT conversion with 14 hp Admiral B4 motor. She is a little beast off the beaten trail |

Cleaned up the battery tray and installed some new batteries. Time to take it back to the camper!

Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
I limped along the Duracell's that came with the cart when I purchased 2 years ago as long as I could.
Went with the USB US2000. Trying to go through break-in and monitor the shut-off voltage of my original PowerWise charger as some reading here stated that the spec is 45 +/- 1V and US needs 45 minimum for their finish charge. Based on a couple charges so far, seems as though mine is cutting off right at 45V, so I think I should be good. Gave her a bath as well. Cart Batteries.jpg Cart.jpg |
