Question 2010 gas governor

My 2010 ST 2 + 2 has a double spring governor. How do I adjust this to get a little more speed out of it? any help would be appreciated.

help please. it has a spring then retainer then a spring. what do I adjust? all the pictures I see are of a single spring.

2010 gas st 2+2 kawasaki 401cc 13 hp. Not a single spring. What to do before I start the trial and error. Anyone familiar with this set up?
