Default 05 club car ds. Washed off batteries now no worky

I replace battery's this morning. Rinse off the cart and lightly rinsed the battery compartment. Now it doesn't work. The silenoid clicks but don't move. I blew the f and r switch off real good thinking it wasn't getting good connection due to water but still nothing

its possible you got the controller to wet they don,t like that.......your sure you put batteries and cables on correct? and you put it in tow before you did this ? if you didn,t put carin tow theres a chance you damaged controller cause they don,t like that either.......these are a few common things..........................

36 or 48 volt? Was everything working right before you replaced the batteries? No intermittent go no go problems?

I was taking theses carts to the drag races tonight. I went ahead and long them up. After driving an hour down the road and unloading them the club car worked. I figured what ever got wrt would dry out and be fine and that's the case. I would still like to know what got wet to cause this? I don't know, but all is good now. Thanks for yalls help.
