Charging issue
I have a 36volt 1999 ergo txt I purchased last year I soon found out battery charger would not turn off I found that circuit board has been bypassed I purchased a new board and installed charger turns on and starts charging around 20amps and turns off around 7amps but only runs an hour or two then turns off it seems batteries are not fully charged because battery level meter on cart shows voltage drop only with a short distance of driving batteries are about 18 months old checked volt on each battery they read about 6.25 to 6.28 after driving about a mile . Thank you for any help you might help me with
