I love American Express for this same exact reason. They’re phenomenal about taking care of their customer and putting it back on the business to justify their claim to the expense.

Don't have the option to dispute anything as its been a year + since I made the purchase. I did use a credit card, but through Pay Pal so I think the dispute would have to go through Pay Pal.

On a side note, I did receive the return label yesterday after sending yet another email.

I had the same problem with my battery last year turned out to be a software issue. I called them they sent me a new battery and I sent the old one back in the same box. Call them directly 863-600-4201 you will probably speak to Brittany I found the customer service great they very quickly fixed the issue once I called.

The first battery I bought from them had a bad BMS. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a new BMS and instructions on how to change it. The second battery I bought from them, for my other cart, has been working perfectly with no issues. I, too, found their customer service to be great and very responsive.
