Default Did I receive the correct charger from Extreme Team?

Did I receive the correct charger from Extreme Team?

I ordered a "1200w Waterproof Fully Sealed (On Board)" charger with my purchase.

I believe I received (and installed) what is shown on the ET website as the, "FSIP Lithium Ion 48v 20amp Battery Charger."

The waterproof fully sealed charger is shown on the ET website as all metal.

Well a 1200w 48v charger would be a 25a charger. If you received a 20a charger that would be a 960w charger based off how wattage is calculated.

Now that does not mean you received the wrong item it could be a marketing name thing. Some companies like to call it things that are not always scientifically accurate.

They sent you the wrong one. I'm sure they will swap for you if you contact them.
