1985 36v jumped solenoid

1985 CC DS 36v. Won't go forward or backwards. I've tested the group of micros. All good. I've by passed key switch. No difference. I've jumped the main solenoid. No difference. I've tested the F/R micro. It's good. I'm so lost now. When looking at the backside of F/R control the center part that actually swivels to make the contact I only have juice coming from the right side of it. The passenger side. Nothing from the left. And any tips on where to purchase the rubber grommets for the solenoids? Or are they really necessary? Mine are shot and half gone. Any help is appreciated
