Corroded battery box
As I am retired now and do not have the luxury of walking in and out of a machine shop on a daily basis.
I have to dream up some repairs for my battery box. 2 problems exist: a) needs reinforcing or replacing, b) The battries are not level enough. I see a way to hang a new box, but do not have axcess to welding equip and I am thinking on bolting one in. Are their batteryboxes as a sub-assembly out ther that a fellow can buy and bolt in? |

Re: Corroded battery box
Check your local area cart shops, I didn't realize you can pick one up for just under 100 bucks and it bolts right in.

Re: Corroded battery box
That sounds promising. When Canada takes all thier cold air back, I 'll take a run in to Dallas and look.
