Call me tomorrow. I was at a baseball game with my son today when you sent me a text. I'll help you walk through the entire circuit.

Just basics: OBC works (and have tried by passed w/o luck); cart has new controller and solenoid. Pack tests at about 51+ volts. Rear buzzer works, solenoid does not click.

Ran power to green wire on on/off switch, then turned on and tried jumping on/off switch poles. Nothing. Does this mean there is something amiss in the potentiometer? Thanks

Did you talk to David? We hate to jump in with more ideas if he has a thought already going as it may muddy the waters....

You really do not know David Hicks then... We are all just fish swimming around in he, scottyb and Sergio's pond helping where we can.

So reading back is the issue that the solenoid is not engaging? Meaning closing in to send power to the controller?

That's my guess. Question is why? New Solenoid. New Controller.

Have you probed the 2 small posts on the solenoid for 48 volts when the key is on and the pedal depressed? One is the 48v positive activation wire and the other side will have the 48v negative from your controller.
