Re: Key Switch - Signal Wire Question
Quote:
Currently the switch interrupts the connection between the F&R micro switch and the negative terminal (blue wire and red wire to negative charging port). The plan is to make that connection solid, and instead make the switch interrupt the connection between the positive and vglide micro-switch (red wire from F&R). Then i just need to either run another negative wire up to the dash or use the now solid negative connection for 36v accessories. Makes sense to me |

Re: Key Switch - Signal Wire Question
You got it
The FNR micro-switch will still interrupt the negative to the Solenoid so You will basically have an interlock in each side of the Solenoid. |

Re: Key Switch - Signal Wire Question
Bump,
I'm just about done with my voltage reducer install on my 91 CC but have the same set up as the OP. Can anyone find the diagram so I know for sure which wires need to be cut/ spliced/ added. Or do I just tap into the blue wire from the key switch and hope for the best? Blue goes to the F/R switch The red wire goes from the key switch to the charging port.
