Front suspension questions
Here is a pic of my neighbors cart. I replaced his speed sensor last week and noticed his front tires were really leaning. I also heard popping noises when I turned the wheel that sounds like bad bushings. Is the leaning normal? If not what could it be?

Re: Front suspension questions
Leaning that way is Not normal. It needs some serious TLC or a wheel is gonna fall off soon.
Worn bushings, need to check them all, inner and outer control arm pivots, and the spring eye bushings on the leaf springs. And possibly worn king pins and bushings in those. It’s hard to check the king pins for play if everything else is worn out. |

You might need wheel bearings

Re: Front suspension questions
Been that way for awhile. Inside edge of the tire tread is heavily worn compared to the outside edge.

Re: Front suspension questions
He needs to install a double A-Arm lift. It has adjustments built in for adjusting the camber. And it would be cheaper than individually fishing for a defective part in the front end. Meaning that you could replace every part and still wind up with a negative camber.

Re: Front suspension questions
I’m in Houston and have some spare bushings etc. if needed.
Double a arm lift would be best option if possible. |

Re: Front suspension questions
Did you determine what the problem is? Whatever it is both sides seem to be the same distance out of alignment.
