Default Excel Cart Powers Up Few Split Second

The cart quit charging, 2012 stock precedent all the way around. Bypassed OBC and charges with Lester Charger but controller wont power up. The controller was dead before bypassing OBC. Swapped controllers with no prevail. Have my Curtis handheld plugged in and cart in reverse. Flip tow/run to run and reverse buzzer buzzes for split second and handheld powers up then shuts off. Wouldn't bypassing OBC eliminate all issues such cart thinking charger is plugged in? Any help or advice where to search next would be great.

Did You connect the Blue and the White wires on the harness OBC 6-pin connector as part of the by-pass procedure?

The Blue wire is the Controller Lockout input wire, it needs pack voltage so it is not on lockout.

The White wire is pack voltage from the Tow/Run switch.

Connecting the two wires together keeps the Controller out of lockout anytime the Tow/Run is set to Run.

This procedure is part of a properly by-passed OBC.
