I am having this exact issue as well on my 98. 52+v to the solenoid, big post. With cart in fwd or reverse I am getting 52+v to the small posts on solenoid..but no drive.

Clark who I got mine working. I tried replacing the micro switch (again) In the glide and it worked.

I am having similar problem with my 2000 Club Car DS. Two solenoids not clicking. No voltage on small posts. No Reverse Buzzer. No voltage on FNR switch. 50 volts at ignition and on Tow/Run switch.
