What kind of controller? The pedal moves along a multi position switch type controller that powers coils before it goes to the motor.

Are you saying you have a pie shaped box with an arm inside it with contact pads and a series of small resistors on the other side of that.

Or, do you have large coils behind the batteries?

The FNR in the photo had a single micro-switch so there is no contoller.

I believe it is a 1 solenoid Vglide resistor cart produced in 36v from 1987 to 2003.

Just saying I have never seen a 93 or 94 without a controller.
