Default 2011 Precedent trouble shooting (won't move)

I parked my cart about 3 or 4 weeks ago, went to move it and it won't hit a lick. Batteries are charged. Solenoid won't click. I grounded the post on the solenoid where the blue and white striped wire connects to battery negative and the solenoid clicks. I'm thinking I need to look elsewhere besides the solenoid but don't know where to start. The cart had gotten where you would have to mash the pedal several times before it would activate the solenoid after it had been sitting idle for a few days or more. But once the solenoid was activated the cart would run with no problem.

Any help appreciated.

From the reading of post on this site, it sounds like the micro switch in the mcor may be bad. Unplug the two wire connector and jump the connector with a paper clip or good piece of wire. If it works then you need a mcor.

ok, disconnected the 2 wire plug from the mcor 4, paper clipped the 2 wire lead and nothing.

I don't have your exact wiring diagram.
I think the 2 wires you jumped together were Blue & Green.
That would be the MCOR Foot Switch and it's input is pin #6 to the controller.
Check pin #6 at the controller to see if you are getting the +48v input when the Foot Switch is enabled.
You might have a faulty wire or sonic weld in the wiring where the Blue gets power from the Key Switch.
As a test you could put +48v on the Green wire to see if the solenoid clicks.
If it clicks the problem would be between the Key Switch and the Green wire.

question on the solenoid. I am getting pack voltage on the battery side of the solenoid and a voltage of about 44.6 volts on the controller side of the solenoid. I don't know if that voltage is back feeding thru the controller. I also get pack voltage on the middle(feed) wire on the f/r switch. This is with the key switch turned off. Pack voltage is 52.5v.

Is there anyone that can throw me a lifeline here? I am sure the controller is bad but need to eliminate all of the other possibilities.

Another thing about the reduced voltage on the controller side of the solenoid is that I get the same reduced voltage at the motor lugs. This shows even with the tow/run switch off or on. This also draws current continuously from the battery pack.
