What is volt reading on the batter pack. If it is real low, lift the tires off the ground and see if the move.

It appears that most of the batteries are toast. I got two batteries to charge up and are reading 3.5v each. The one battery that I put on charge a couple hours ago of course reads bad battery on my charger and the volts are 1.5v. Now I am just trying to decide if I am going to purchase the trojan batteries or just get the costco batteries that my friends have been buying.

Buying Golf Cart batteries is like buying oats.
If you want clean fresh oats, you've gotta pay the price.
If you don't care if they've been through a horse once, they're cheaper.

Kidding aside, the heavier the battery, the longer the run-time.
A Trojan T-105 weighs 62 lbs. and its rated capacity @ 75 Amps is 115 minutes.
A Trojan T-125 weighs 66 lbs. and its rated capacity @ 75 Amps is 132 minutes.
A Trojan T-145 weighs 72 lbs. and its rated capacity @ 75 Amps is 145 minutes.

Check out the weight and rated capacity at 75 Amps of the Costco Golf Cart Batteries and make an informed decision.

Added:
When you get your new batteries, be sure to charge them fully before using them.
The first charge will take a very long time (12-16+ hours)
New batteries only have about 75% of there maximum storage capacity and must be "Matured" to obtain their maximum storage capacity.
This will tell you how to break them in properly.

Also, for maximum life expectancy, keep them clean, watered and charged.
(Read everything on ScottyB's website with "Battery" in title)
