Yes, amp meter will step down. I am not sure what voltage that happens at. And yes, GOD Scotty has that effect on carts.

What Power Stroke? Mine is a 2001 F250 7.3

I had a 7.3 when powerstokes were PowerStrokes and men were shifting 5 speeds in their duallies.

If it doesn't run after this what would be next step?

After charging all night, I wake up and acid is on the floor and charger is still on. I connect volt meter and it is at 38 v. Shouldn't cart move at 38 v?

I guess I need new batteries right?

What is next step?

I also notice that when I turn the key, the voltage meter doesnt turn on. Any way to test the ignition switch? Maybe the cabling from the key switch or the ignition switch itself doesnt work?

Check the small red wire and the black wire coming off the charge plug and see if you have 36+ voltage just like you did with the white and black. That may be your run issue.

Otherwise its time to pull the key switch and test it.

Those batteries were completely discharged and then some, and they've likely been setting that way for a while, so there is a good chance some or all of them are boat anchors, but they might recover a bit.

Keep the plates covered, but don't fill until fully charged. Only use distilled water.

Let charger run until it cuts off automatically. The battery pack voltage has to reach 44-46 volts to shut off charger, or the safety timer shuts it off at 14-16 hours.

When charger shuts off automatically, remove charger plug from cart, wait a moment and plug it back in.

Do this another 4 or 5 times. Keep an eye on electrolyte level and don't let the plates get exposed.

When fully charged, the pack should read about 38.2V and each battery should read about 6.37V, after resting about 6-12 hours. When (if) they do, water them to the recommended level.

Something not previously mentioned was that the charger(s) sense the battery pack voltage via the Aux. contact in the charger plug.
Since two chargers didn't turn on, I suspect the outside of the Negative Radsok is dirty.
An emery board "borrowed" from wife's nail care kit will do wonders for the Black Radsok and Aux. contact.

You can see the red wire here in Scottys pic.
If that wire doesnt have power then the cart wont run.
