Default 8v charger

If you can charge 36v with a 12v car charger, can you charge 32v with an 8v battery charger?

You can charge a single 8 volt battery with an 8 volt charger. If your planning on running four 8 volt batteries, you'll have to charge them one at a time. If the charger is beefy enough, you might be able to charge two at a time in parallel, but that means you'd have to disconnect and move around your cables every time you charge, then move them back before you can drive.

Is it possible? Yes. Is it practical? No.

The T-860s you have are 150AH batteries and the charger you provided a link to has a max current of 1.5A.
If the a T-860 was 50% discharged, it would take that charger an absolute minimum of 50 hours to recharge it.
A 32V battery pack would be 4 T-860s in series, so it would take at least 200 hours to recharge it from a 50% discharge.
Basically, there aren't enough days in a week to take the cart for a short ride (if 32V will even move it) and recharge the battery pack with that charger.

Here is Trojan's recommended charge profile for their flooded, deep cycle wet cells.
The voltages given are for a single 2V cell and by definition, a battery is two or more cells, so do the math.

A T-860 is four 2V 150AH cells in series, so the recommended charge will start at 15A to 19.5A.
(No matter how many cells are connected in series, the AH stays the same)
